It's important to disconnect from work-related activities outside of working hours to give the nervous system a chance to reset and recharge. Reframing thoughts and focusing on accomplishments rather than lingering tasks can also be beneficial in reducing work-related stress and anxiety.

It's essential to understand your true capacity and prioritize tasks that align with your job description while respectfully declining tasks that may overload your schedule. Embracing the concept of "good enough" can also help combat perfectionism and reduce the pressure to achieve unattainable standards.

Whether it's going for a short walk, practicing deep breathing, or engaging in a brief mindfulness exercise, allowing the mind and body to rest and recharge is crucial for maintaining overall well-being.
